what this covers

Whatever we agreed specifically lives in our agreement and in the energy exchange we named. That wins over anything on this page.

Final. Advances and deposits too, the moment they land.
No refunds. Not partial, not pro rata, not on a change of heart.
This protects me. It also protects the work. Something built half-in comes out half-alive, and everyone can hear it. All in or nothing. Both are clean.
Monthly co-creation, you can stop whenever you need to. I will never chase you for a month you didn't want.

Tell me. Directly, whenever you notice. No form, no window.

If I stop, for any reason, everything built to that point is yours. Every key, every file.
Anything you paid for work I never did comes back to you. The one exception on this page.

What I build for you is yours. Fully. Nothing of mine sits inside it that you don't own.
What I keep is what I carry in my head · the skills, the methods, the way I work. Those come with me to the next build.
